Delivery Policy

We deliver 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday). For next day delivery, please place your order by 1:00 pm the previous day. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be delivered after 2 days. Orders received after 1:00 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

 

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation requests must be made in writing latest by 6 pm on the day prior to your scheduled delivery date. For cancelling your order, please WhatsApp us at +91 98731 09589 or send an email to hello@freshponics.farm. We shall refund payments already made in 1-5 working days. We reserve the rights to cancel and modify your order in part or in full due to produce shortages or if quality standards are not met. Our team will notify you about the same as far in advance as possible.

 

Complaints

We strive to ensure that the products you receive are of the highest quality – however, we understand there are times we may fall short. Please share any feedback/complaint on quality, quantity or any other issue and we will do our utmost to address it at the earliest. Verified complaints on short quantity / poor quality of produce supplied shall be addressed in the next delivery. No complaint shall be addressed unless it is shared with us formally in writing – please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 98731 09589 or email us at hello@freshponics.farm for the same.

 

Return & Refunds

Please send us a request on time for a prompt, hassle-free resolution! This should be –

• within 12 hours from receipt of produce or
• by 10 am of the day following the receipt of produce.

(Whichever is later) Please note we cannot entertain return/refund requests if they are placed after the above-mentioned time period(s). The return should be in the original packaging with at least 75% quantity maintained. Please do not attempt to return products with our delivery personnel without lodging your complaint (online or offline) and getting our acknowledgement. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the returned produce and checking that return conditions mentioned above are met.
